    • Regent Electrical worker Rawle Fraser wires a new unit at the Lake­side Town­homes de­vel­op­ment in Mon­clova Town­ship. De­nis Cash of McCarthy Build­ers Inc. said three of the four build­ings in the com­plex are fin­ished and oc­cu­pied. The fourth build­ing will have eight units, six of which re­main avail­able for pur­chase. Each of the 1,537-square-foot units has three bed­rooms and2½ bath­rooms. Prices start at $149,900.
