Toledo home prices were up in November

Home prices In Toledo, including those involved in distressed sales, increased by 5.4 percent in November compared with a year earlier, according to figures provided Tuesday by CoreLogic Inc., a real estate data firm.

On a month-over-month basis, home prices rose by 0.5 percent in November in Toledo compared with October. CoreLogic, based in Irvine, Calif., said home prices in Ohio rose 6.4 percent in November compared to the same period a year ago.

Nationally, prices rose 7 percent in November from the same month a year ago, and they were up 1 percent from October, the data firm said.
