Hobart Thornton is obviously pleased with the results as Amanda Connors finishes cutting his hair courtesy of Project Daymaker. The working poor and homeless men, women, and children served by Cedar Creek Church with Solid Rock Church were treated to haircuts and stress-relieving treatments yesterday by licensed professionals volunteering their time from Dillards's, La Luna, Embellis, Charles Paul, and other area salons. The services were provided inside a 34-foot Winnebago that has been outfitted as a salon.
