Concert kicks off area Jewish Federation drive

The Jewish Federation of Greater Toledo will launch its 2012 annual campaign at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the Valentine Theatre, with a kickoff concert featuring Joshua Nelson and the Clarence Smith Community Choir.

A reception for the entire Jewish community will be at 6 p.m.

Mr. Nelson blends Jewish lyrics and gospel soul music in performances that he calls "Kosher Gospel." For information, call the Valentine box office, 419-242-2787.
