Recently released inspection reports of Lucas County food-service operations

Atomic Caf , 1 Discovery Way, inspected Aug. 20. Critical violation: Observed some date-marking on foods. All prepackaged food must have a date mark on it. Inspector: Kelly Satter.

Wyndham Hotel, 2 SeaGate, inspected Aug. 20. Critical violations: employee drinks must have a lid and straw and stored below food. Menu must include consumer advisory for raw or undercooked foods. Inspector: Sattler.

Riverview Yacht Club, 5981 Edgewater, inspected Aug. 21. Critical violations: reheat chili on direct heat to reach 165 degrees in 2 hours, corrected. Mark food with date prepared and opened and with discard date. Inspector: Jennifer Gottschalk.

Charlie’s Pizza, 6600 Sylvania, Sylvania, inspected Aug. 21. Critical violations: do not reuse singe service plastic food containers. Use durable, washable food containers for storage. Inspector: James Herzberg.

Kinder Care, 2812 North Holland-Sylvania, inspected Aug. 21. Critical violations: hair restraints must be worn to completely cover hair of food workers. Store utensils and dishes away from chemicals, corrected. Inspector: Herzberg.
