Recently released inspection reports of Lucas County food-service operations:

Mud Hens Stadium, no. 8, 406 Washington, inspected May 16. Critical violations: pizza holding in cabinets in front and back were not kept at proper hot temperatures of 135 degrees or higher. Quat sanitizer in wiping bucket too low in concentration. One noncritical violation. Inspector Gillian Wilke.

Mud Hens Stadium, no. 9, 406 Washington, inspected May 16. Critical violation: Sanitizer in bucket at 100 ppm; keep at 200 ppm for proper sanitation. Inspector Kelly Ivans.

McDonald s, 1205 Sylvania, inspected May 12. Critical violation: Line cooler box not turned on at time of inspection; cheese at 56 degrees discarded. Two noncritical violations. Inspector Debbie Dacquisto.

Chipotle Mexican Grill, 1385 Conant, Maumee, inspected May 11. Critical violation: meats on front line holding below 135 degrees. Inspector Bauman.

Little Friend, 809 Starr, inspected May 11. Two critical violations: no bleach sanitizer in kitchen wiping cloths bucket, corrected. Open bottle of chocolate syrup at room temperature; bottle label states syrup must be refrigerated after opening, corrected. Three noncritical violations. Inspector Jennifer Gottschalk.

Pizza Hut, 3425 Secor, inspected May 9. Critical violation: no sanitizer buckets for wiping cloths set up at time of inspection. Seven noncritical violations. Inspector Kelly Sattler.

Chuck E Cheese s, 5077 Monroe, inspected May 9. Four critical violations: pizza prep top cooler not holding foods at 45 degrees at time of inspection; replace cooler within two weeks. Cooler under salad bar not holding at proper cold temperature of 45 degrees or less; repair cooler immediately. Quat sanitizer in wipe cloth bucket in kitchen is less than 100 ppm. Change buckets as often as needed to maintain 200 ppm. No sanitizer detected in final rinse of dish machine cycle; repair machine immediately. Use three-vat sink to wash, rinse, and sanitize until dish machine is dispensing sanitizer properly. Inspector Sattler.

Ford Motor Co. food service, 920 Illinois, Maumee, inspected May 9. Two critical violations: Date mark all potentially hazardous food in cold holding that has been opened, prepared, or thawed. All employees working with foods must wear hair restraints. Inspector Sara Becker.
