Claddagh Irish Pub, 5001 Monroe, inspected Nov. 20. Glass washer at the bar is hooked up to sanitize using quat sanitize. Quat sanitizer is not approved for use in a glass washer or dish machine. Quat sanitizer was removed and iodine was hooked up. Meatloaf at 54 degrees, chicken at 50 degrees, and burgers at 48 degrees in the drawer cooler under the charbroiler. Food must be held cold at 41 degrees or lower. Sour cream, dressing cups, whipped cream, and bleu cheese bulk dressing were discarded. Repair cooler immediately. Discontinue use until repaired.
