● Hot dogs were not being held at the proper temperature.

● There was an air gap between a plumbing fixture and a piece of equipment that was not sufficient to prevent back siphonage of contaminated water.

● A vending machine failed to shut off automatically when required and the temperature was not maintained.

● Food employee(s) did not wash hands after smoking outside and before serving drinks at the bar.

● Person in charge did not ensure their employees are properly trained in food safety.

● There was no sanitizer solution setup and the dishwashing machine did not have any sanitizer solution in it.

● Food utensils and equipment were being washed inside the dish washing machine that didn’t have any sanitizer solution in it.

● Sliced tomatoes were kept beyond their “discard date.”

● The hand washing sink was not easily accessible.
