Cash mob invited to downtown record store

A downtown Toledo record store could be mobbed today, hopefully by people with fists full of cash.

A Facebook event invited hundreds of people to another Toledo Cash Mob, this time at B-Bop Records, 137 N. Michigan St.

“Business ebbs and flows and B-Bop Records needs our help to get that flow going again,” organizer Stacy Jurich said.

The mobbing is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Cash mobs are a one-day shopping event aimed at supporting a locally owned business.
