Northwood Jewelers supports drive for items for needy

Northwood Jewelers, 4725 Woodville Rd., Unit 11, is collecting toiletries for the needy through the end of November. All items collected will be taken to Lake Township for that community’s holiday distribution.

Donations can be brought to the jewelry store from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays, except for Nov. 30, when store hours will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Items needed include toilet paper, paper towels, soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, tissues, and deodorant. All items must be unopened in original packaging.
