CITY OF TOLEDO will be having baseball/softball umpires school for men and women. Classes will be held at the Chester Zablocki Senior Center, 3015 Lagrange Street. Umpires must attend at least three meetings to be eligible for the 2009 season. First and second year umpires must attend all meetings. Schedule: Feb. 18-Feb. 25-March 4-March 11-March 18-March 25, 7-9 p.m all dates. Umpire clinics will be Sat. April 4 and Sat. April 11 at Detwiler from 10 a.m. to noon.
