Two 2006 high school graduates who have served as AAA School Safety Patrol members have received $1,000 college scholarships from AAA Northwest Ohio. They are Christopher Luke Story, Elmwood High School, who plans to attend Piedmont College, and Brittany Strawman, Bowling Green High School, who will attend the University of Michigan.

Kristopher Bowser of Swanton, a 2006 graduate of St. John's Jesuit High School, was awarded a Dean's Scholarship of $9,000 per year at the University of Findlay, and the Vansweringen Memorial Scholarship of $1,000 per year. Both scholarships are renewable for four years. Kristopher also received a Ohio Student Choice Grant of $900.

Genna Fellhauer, Ohio Board of Regents Academic Scholarship $7,250 per year renewable, University of Cincinnati - Cincinnatus Scholarship, $7,250 per year renewable. Christopher Finn, Tiffin University - Athletic Award and Dean's Scholarship, $12,000 per year renewable. Stephanie Florian, University of Dayton - President's Grant, $2,000 per year renewable. Jessica Forche, University of Toledo - Tower Prestige Scholarship, $3,000 per year renewable. Leigh Fouts, University of Dayton - President's Scholarship, $2,000 per year renewable. Barbara Fox, Ohio State University - Trustees and Buckeye Community Scholarships, $2,000 per year renewable.
