CHRISTMAS TIME FOR LEMONADE

The Meyer lemon tree at Hoen's Greenhouse and Garden Center in Holland is laden with fruit. Maybe lemonade will be made for the open house from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday at the center at 1710 Perrysburg-Holland Rd. On the schedule are bow-making demonstrations, wreath-decorating class, activities for children, indoor pony rides, free refreshments, and decorating ideas.
