• Victory Center, founded to support and educate cancer patients, will present its third annual Signature Luncheon and Fashion Show Feb. 5 at the Hilton Garden Inn at Levis Commons. A raffle of themed baskets will precede the gourmet lunch and New York-style fashion show. Social hour is from 11-11:45 a.m., followed by lunch and the style show. • A Valentine's Motown Spectacular will be from 8-10 p.m. Feb. 6 at the Maumee Indoor Theater, 601 Conant St. Motown recording artists Shades of Blue will perform with a six-piece orchestra.
