Transportation talks offered at Maumee museum

The Maumee Valley Historicial Society is holding a lecture series on topics pertaining to various means of transportation in Ohio, especially the Maumee Valley and its impact and importance on settlement, economics and business development of the area.

The talks will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesdays through March 30 at the church on the Wolcott House Museum complex, 1035 River Rd. in Maumee.

A tour of the Wolcott House Museum Complex will be offered.

Admission is $15 for the series (for teachers) or $3 per session for the general public.
