Liz Bishop of Lucas County Educational Service Center, serving Holloway Elementary School

Liz Bishop is not only a wonderful teacher, she is very organized, caring, and focused on going above and beyond for her students as a special-education teacher.

Mrs. Bishop is the recipient of the 2009 Lucas County Educational Service Center Master Teacher award, and in 2008 she was given the Job Well Done award by the Lucas County ESC Governing Board.

She has also been recognized by the Special Education Regional Resource Center as an outstanding teacher.

Al Umali, Lucas County ESC Student Services supervisor, describes Mrs. Bishop as "a top notch teacher who always demonstrates enthusiasm, energy and continuity."
