Owens Concert Band will play free program
4/16/2013The Owens Community College Concert Band will present a free concert at 2:30 p.m. April 28 in the Center for Fine and Performing Arts on the Perrysburg Township campus.
The program will include J.J. Richards’ “Shield of Liberty” March, a patriotic medley, “Broad Stripes and Bright Stars,” the trumpet trio “Triad,” music from the “The Ol’ West,” a tribute to jazz trumpeter Maynard Ferguson, and Broadway show songs composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber.
