Owens’ landscape club to hold spring plant sale
4/23/2013Owens Community College's Landscape and Turfgrass Crew Club’s annual spring plant sale will be 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday next to the greenhouse near the entrance to the Owens Math-Science Center.
The sale will include all kinds of shrubs, rare trees, annuals, perennials, and other items. Shrubs are to cost $15 to $25, hanging baskets $10, and trees from $20 to $50. All proceeds will help support the organization’s participation in the Professional Landcare Network Student Career Day.
