Registrar offices close for computer upgrade
3/1/2008COLUMBUS Deputy registrar license agencies throughout the state will close at noon today because the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles needs to perform computer system maintenance.
Most deputy registrars close their agencies at noon on Saturdays anyway, officials said.
