YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio The asking price is $295,000 for a five-bedroom house with two full baths, two half baths, an in-ground pool and a whiff of scandal.

Former Ohio attorney general Marc Dann has put his Youngstown area house on the market, less than two months after he resigned amid a sexual harassment scandal in his office.

The listing describes the 43-year-old home in suburban Liberty Township as offering superior comfort in luxurious surroundings.

Dann hinted about a sale last month, indicating in a letter to Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner that he wants to pay back campaign money used to install a security system at the house once it sells.

He did not immediately respond to an e-mail Wednedsday asking where he and his family would move.
