National Weather Service posts severe thunderstorm warnings throughout Northwest Ohio
A tornado warning was posted shortly after 8 p.m. for western Paulding County. A thunderstorm in adjoining Allen County, Indiana was shown on radar to be capable of forming "brief, rain-wrapped tornadoes" along with a potential for straight-line wind damage.
The tornado warning is in effect until 8:30 p.m. Regular winds associated with this storm are as high as 70 mph and the storm is moving east at 35 mph.
