RIVERSIDE, Ohio — Security crews at Wright Patterson Air Force Base are investigating a suspected meth lab on wheels
Authorities shut down a portion of Colonel Glenn Highway for several hours Sunday after military police stopped a pickup hauling a trailer because of a faulty license plate and because of loose siding on part of the trailer.
The Dayton Daily News reports that a container holding a type of methamphetamine was found during a search of the trailer.
Police from the Air Force base and neighboring Riverside took a male and female suspect into custody.
Police and fire officials safely dismantled the lab.
