PAINESVILLE, Ohio — Interstate 90 east of Cleveland is open again after crashes involving four tractor-trailers shut down part of the highway.
The eastbound lanes and one west bound lane were closed Friday night and reopened Saturday morning following a pair of accidents.
Those happened in the same area where 31 vehicles were involved in a pileup on Christmas Eve.
The Lake County Sheriff’s office says a section of I-90 about 30 miles east of downtown Cleveland was closed after two accidents Friday night involving six vehicles.
One involved three semitrailers and a couple of vehicles. The other was caused by a truck that jackknifed.
