Man fatally shot trying to break into Cleveland home
6/3/2014CLEVELAND — Police in Cleveland say a man trying to break into a home was shot to death by the homeowner.
WEWS-TV reports that it happened at about 10:30 p.m. Monday on the city’s west side.
Emergency crews responded but the man was dead at the scene.
The homeowner was questioned but wasn’t’ arrested. One person was arrested, but it wasn’t clear what his connection was to the case.
