When: Tonight, 7
Radio: 1230 AM
Records: Toledo is 5-11, 1-3 in MAC; Western Michigan is 7-11, 0-4.
Coaches: UT s Mark Ehlen is 220-125 in 12th season; WMU s Ron Stewart is 139-143 in 10th season.
UT notes: Despite a six-game losing streak and an 0-3 start in MAC play, Ehlen insisted his team never stopped fi ghting and believing in itself. Never was that more apparent than Saturday, when UT rallied from 21 points down to an 85-82 win at Central Michigan. For the third straight game, neither Savannah Werner nor Diana Reindl started, but they were there at the end. Werner scored a season-high 28 points while Reindl posted a double-double with 20 points and 13 rebounds. The Rockets shot 68 percent in the second half.
WMU notes: Not only is an 0-4 start in the MAC a big surprise, but so is the Broncos average losing margin of 16 points. With Carrie Moore averaging 25.7 points and Lindsey Brown notching 8.9 rebounds per game, defense has
been the main culprit for Western. Three of the four MAC losses have
come on the road. WMU is 5-1 at home this season.
