5 of UT’s 6 home games at night


The University of Toledo will play five of its six home football games at night, beginning with a 7 p.m. start Sept. 14 for the home opener against Eastern Washington.

Times were announced Tuesday, and only the 3 p.m. homecoming game Oct. 5 against Western Michigan will not be played under the lights.

The Oct. 19 contest against Navy and the Nov. 2 tilt against Eastern Michigan will start at 7 p.m. The Rockets will host Buffalo at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 12 and Northern Illinois at 8 p.m. Nov. 20.
