As expected, true freshman Marquise Moore will start the University of Toledo's season opener at Florida.
Moore, of Whitmer, is listed atop an updated depth chart the team released today. He is listed at defensive end, not defensive tackle where he had been projected.
Coach Matt Campbell said Saturday that Moore was on pace to start the Aug. 31 opener.

Other notables include senior captain Christian Smith as the back up at defensive end (Leo) to Jayrone Elliott. The precamp depth chart showed the two at different positions.
Chase Nelson beat out Rob Lisowski at offensive right tackle, Chris Collins edged Treyvon Hester at nose tackle, and the safety jobs belong to Ross Madison (strong) and Chaz Whitaker (free).
Winning key back up battles were Logan Woodside at quarterback, and Cassius McDowell at running back.
Fifteen freshmen are listed on the two-deep, including four in the secondary.
Only two seniors — Madison and Elliott — are projected to start on defense.
