Storm forecast: Storm play host to Florida, Cincinnati

• Notes: The Storm (4-1-0) is tied with four teams for the best record in the ECHL and is in sole possession of first place in the North Division. The Storm is undefeated at home (4-0-0) and has won three in a row. It is the most wins at home to start a season for the Storm since the 2002-03 season when it won its first 11 at the Sports Arena and went on to post the best record in the ECHL. Rookie center Andrew Martin is tied for the team lead in points with two goals and two assists in just three games. Fellow rookie Jamie Tardif also has four points (two goals, two assists) in five games. Left wingers Ken Magowan and Matt Zultek each have collected three points. Magowan (2 G, 1 A) and Zultek (1 G, 2 A) have appeared in all five games. Goalie Logan Koopmans (3-1-0) has a 2.50 goals-against average and a .923 save percentage and rookie goalie Dominic Vicari is 1-0-0 with a 1.85 GAA. Fifteen of 17 Storm players have registered at least one point. The Florida Everblades will make their first ever appearance at the Sports Arena. It also is the first time the two teams will meet in the regular season. Florida (3-2-0) is tied for second in the South Division. Vince Bellisimo leads Florida with six points (2 G, 4 A). Florida goalie David Shantz is undefeated (3-0-0, 2.00 GAA). Cincinnati (3-2-0) handed the Storm its only loss this season and is tied for second behind the Storm. The Cyclones Torry Gajda (4 G, 3 A) is among the top 20 players in points collected this season.
