The Walleye will start their opening-round playoff series at home on Friday against Cincinnati.
Toledo also will host the second game of the seven-game series on Saturday. Both games start at 7:35 p.m.
The series will shift to Cincinnati for games No. 3 and No. 4 on April 10 and 12, respectively.
Cincinnati (42-21-8) will have home ice advantage as the second seed in the Eastern Conference. Toledo (37-26-9), which is in the Kelly Cup playoffs for the first time since its inaugural season in 2009-10, is seeded seventh.
The Cyclones would host game No. 5 on April 13 if a winner hasn't been determined. Toledo would then host a potential sixth game on April 16 and the series finale would be April 17 in Cincinnati.
The Walleye went 4-3-1 against the Cyclones this season. Cincinnati won the ECHL North Division, while Toledo finished second.
Single game tickets are $17. A combination package is available to attend both the Walleye game and the Mud Hens game on April 16. Those tickets are $22.
