The Walleye traded forward Emerson Clark, who led the team in penalty minutes, today to Greenville in exchange for future considerations.
Clark, a rookie from Whitby, Ontario, appeared in 25 games this season with Toledo. At 5-foot-10 and 181 pounds, the feisty forward ranked second in the ECHL with 150 penalty minutes. Clark, who also is a standout lacrosse player, had four assists for the Walleye.
Toledo plays at Cincinnati tonight at 7:35 p.m. The Walleye return home Feb. 15 also against Cincinnati.
