Christian Jackson, 12, viewing the coral reef exhibit, took advantage of the Ozone Action Day to ride a TARTA bus to the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library's Main branch. The Toledo Area Transit Authority offers free fares on days when, like yesterday, high temperatures and stagnant air force area officials to issue an ozone alert. No such alert was called today for Lucas and Wood counties, but it remains in effect for Monroe County.
