ROV Roofer Bob Helle wipes his face, after hosing himself down, while he and co-workers were installing a new roof on the Health and Human Resources building at the University of Toledo on Tuesday, August 9, 2005. Helle was operating the cold pitch tar kettle, which melts the material at a temperature of about 375 degrees, before it is pumped to the roof. Helle is 47 years old, from Williston, O.
