Origin of your name: The owner's grandfather's nickname was Mutz.

What makes your place unique? We are in the oldest commercial building still in use in Toledo and have the only micro brew pub in the city. Mutz has seven large HD flat screen TVs for watching sports and a full menu that includes brick oven wood-fired pizzas, burgers, and sandwiches, with tables inside and outside. We have a big game selection including a brand new shuffle board.

What kind of entertainment do you feature? Open mic/acoustic acts Wednesdays, karaoke Thursdays, live bands Fridays, and a DJ who plays old school hip-hop, funk and soul Saturdays.

Upcoming events: Oktoberfest will be Sept. 15 starting at 3 p.m. with live music from The Polka Floyd Show. Maumee Bay craft brews will be served out of an old-fashioned beer truck.
