The Woda Group LLC of Westerville on Monday told village council it is considering constructing Madeline Village by Paigelynn Place. Madeline Village would include one bedroom units of more than 660 square feet, two bedrooms with more than 880 square feet, and two bedrooms with a den with almost 1,100 square feet. Rental rates would be $500 to $550 a month, Woda President Jeffrey J. Woda said. The maximum annual income for residents would be $28,300 for a couple.
