•Fundraiser picnics from 4:30-7 p.m. Feb. 27 (Food Resource Bank), and March 13 (Black Swamp Arts Council) at Sauder Village, in Founder's Hall. •The Lucas and Fulton township associations and the Stop the Merger Committee, formed to oppose the proposed merger of Swanton and surrounding townships, will have a community meeting at 7 p.m. Feb. 26 at Swanton High School.

•Alaskan pollock fish fry 4 to 7 p.m., 5 to 7:30 p.m. Feb. 23, March 9 and 23, and April 6 at St. Richard Church, 333 Brookside Dr. Half price for ages 12 and under. Hot dogs available for children.
