Northwest Ohio Chapter Adult Day Center

The Adult Day Center provides respite care for those affected by Alzheimer's disease or a related memory loss disorder.

Hours are 7:30 a.m. to

5:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and occasional Saturdays.

Services are provided on a sliding fee scale.

Power electric wheelchairs available to senior citizens age 65 and older who are unable to walk or self-propel a manual wheelchair in their home or independent living quarters and who meet additional requirements.
