  • GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip  — A Gaza health official says an Israeli airstrike has killed three children from the same family in Gaza City.

Ashraf al-Kidra says the two boys and one girl between the ages of 8 to 10 were killed Thursday when their home was hit.

Their grandfather, Marzouk Shahaibar, says they had gone on the roof of the home to feed pigeons.

TV footage from the scene shows a little doll and a sandal near pools of blood on the roof of the home.

The deaths come a day after four cousins ages 9 to 11 were killed on the beach beside a coastal road west of Gaza City.
