Car-semi crash on State Rt. 2 injures one, causes fuel spill
BLADE STAFF

A tractor-trailer rig and a car collided early Thursday at State Rt. 2 and North Curtice Road near the Maumee Bay State Park, injuring a person, spilling fuel, and closing the intersection to traffic, authorities said.

The crash occurred about 5:35 a.m. in Jerusalem Township, according to the Lucas County Sheriff’s Office. The name and condition of the victim were not immediately available.
