ALL-STAR BASEBALL: The BCSN Senior All-Star Baseball game is scheduled tomorrow at 7:05 p,m. at Ned Skeldon Stadium in Maumee. The North and South teams are made up of seniors from the City League, Northern Lakes League, Toledo Area Athletic Conference, and Bedford. The All-Star game coverage begins live on BCSN at 7 p.m. Admission to this event is free.

BASKETBALL CAMP: Owens Community College will offer area basketball players from grades 1 through 11 the opportunity to learn about the fundamentals of the sport as part of the Detroit Pistons 2008 Youth Basketball Training Camp Tour, July 21-24. from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. in the College’s Student Health and Activities Center. GOLF TOURNAMENT: The eighth-annual Don King Memorial golf tournament, with proceeds going to scholarship funds and the American Heart Association, will be held Friday afternoon at Tamaron Country Club (419-474-0501). Tim Berta of Bluffton College, who won the Don King Courage Award at this year’s National Football Foundation Hall of Fame banquet, is expected to play in the golf outing. The event is held in memory of the long-time Toledo radio sports personality.

GOLF TOURNAMENT: The Northern Ohio PGA is accepting entries for the 85th Ohio Open, set for July 21-23 at Quail Hollow in Concord. The event is open to pros and to amateurs with a USGA handicap index of 4.0 or less. The entry fee is $205 for amateurs, $235 for member pros, and $385 for non-PGA pros. Entry forms are available online at www.northernohio.pga.com or call 216-765-1214 for information. Entry deadline is July 15.
