Fire damages dental office building in North Toledo

City crews in North Toledo early Tuesday were boarding up a dental office building damaged in a fire of a yet undetermined origin, authorities said.

A woman had escaped unhurt by the time fire crews arrived about 1:10 a.m. and saw flames coming from a single-story building at 3133 Lagrange St. near East Park Street, according to the Toledo Fire Department.

Six hours later the fire was out and firefighters were watching for hot spots while the city crews were boarding up the building.

The Lucas County Auditor's Web site lists the building owner as 3133 Lagrange, Ltd., an Ohio limited liability company. The building was built in 1965.
