Thank you for your interest in a celebration announcement in The Blade. Announcements appear in the Living Section every Sunday. Below is additional information you will need to know before placing your announcement.

You may run the announcement with or without a picture. We will call or email to give you the cost of your announcement before the announcement will run. Costs are determined by total space, including picture and headline. Standard picture size is approximately 2 inches. The cost is approximately $30 per inch.

Announcements are prepaid (cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover card.) It is imperative that we have a phone number where you can be reached during the day. Deadline for cost approval is Tuesday at 3:00 p.m.
