Advertiser credit application

To apply for advertising on a credit basis, a Credit Application must be completed and approved by the Billing Services Department.

Download and print the pdf files, complete the application in its entirety and forward to:

To expedite the approval process, the completed application with signature can be faxed to (419) 724-6022, Attn: Billing Services Department or emailed to credit@toledoblade.com. Forward the original to the above stated address.
