What is TOMA?

T.O.M.A. is an acronym for "Top Of Mind Awareness."
It is a way to measure how well businesses rank in the minds of local consumers. Based on telephone interviews, this survey creates an accurate report card for hundreds of Toledo area businesses.

Top of Mind Awareness almost always equals market share. When you are thought of most you are bought from most. It's that simple.

Some businesses do a great job of building name awareness, and those companies tend to have a high TOMA score. However, if a business has done a poor job, or are in some cases complacent about their marketing efforts, they usually show up poorly.

It is an excellent time to discover your TOMA.
