SCHOOLS CLOSINGS/ VIDEO/ SNOW EMERGENCY LIST The snowfall just kept coming overnight, and several counties declared snow emergencies early Wednesday. Level 2 snow emergencies are now in Lucas, Wood, Fulton, Seneca, Ottawa, and Putnam counties. Public safety officials warn that drivers should use extreme caution, and contact their employer to check if they should report to work. Only drive if necessary.
