A former metro Toledo broker employed by Huntington Investment Co. has been barred from working in the securities industry for alleged improper conduct.
The National Association of Securities Dealers, in a decision last month, said that Kevin Krisko used a forged signature to buy a $750,000 annuity for a client without permission. He took the action "in order to earn more points toward the payment of bonuses for himself and his team," the association alleged.
Mr. Krisko couldn't be reached for comment.
