Regional Growth Partnership: Work force programs must unite
Northwest Ohio has a robust collection of work force development programs, but the efforts aren’t as well-connected as they could be, a Regional Growth Partnership official said Wednesday. Mike Jay, director of strategic networks for the RGP, said that fact might make it more difficult for employers to find the workers they need, and for those entering the work force to scout out the right career path.
