Toledo area’s vacancy rate declines in ’14
The metro Toledo office market experienced a year of declining vacancies and planned growth the likes of which has not been seen for three decades, according to a report by a local commercial real estate firm. The Reichle Klein Group of Toledo said the overall vacancy rate for office space declined to 15.2 percent at the end of 2014, compared with 15.4 percent at the same point a year earlier.
