ProMedica to redevelop Starlite Plaza
ProMedica has purchased the Starlite Plaza on Monroe Street in Sylvania with plans to redevelop parts of the 44-year-old shopping center into a medical facility. Tedra White, a ProMedica spokesman, said the project is still in the planning and development phase and the nonprofit health- care network remains tight-lipped about its plans for the 11-acre site at 5700 Monroe St. that was home to Churchill’s Super Market for more than three decades.
