ACHIEVEMENTS

■ Christine Kilman of Sylvania has been promoted to vice president of account service at Gelia, a marketing communications agency with offices in Toledo, Buffalo, Peoria, Ill., and Troy, Mich.

■ Rudolph/Libbe Companies has been named corporate citizen of 2013 by the Wood County Economic Development Commission. Rudolph/Libbe is among the region’s largest contractors.

■ OUAC Inc. has nameed Teri Christman district manager for Plato’s Closet and Clothes Mentor resale apparel stores. Both stores have two locations in the Toledo area. She was previously with B. Moss, a 70-store apparel retailer.

■ Edward F. Lange, Jr., has been named chief executive officer of Holiday Retirement in Lake Oswego, Ore. A former chief financial officer of Health Care REIT, he most recently was with BRE Properties Inc.

■ Heaven’s Gate Soy Candles has opened a location at 5723 N. Main St., Sylvania. It is part of the Historical Village area.
