Jeffery H. Long has been named a partner, and Sandra L. Towns has been named a principal at the William Vaughn Co., a Maumee-based CPA and business consulting firm. Mr. Long had been a principal at the firm, while Mrs. Towns was a senior manager.

Paul Abendroth has been named principal-in-charge of the Toledo and Ann Arbor teams at Rehmann Financial Groups, a financial services firm of CPAs and consultants.

The Advertising Club of Toledo has elected new officers to govern the 104-year-old professional association. They are: Karen Hopkinson of The Blade, president; Aubrey Hornsby of Adams Street Publishing, first vice president; Patrick Bruen of Timer Warner Cable Media, second vice president, and Ann Fago of AIM Specialists, treasurer.

Craig Findley and Ken Wise, both of Findley Wise Wealth Management, have been named to the Presidents Council at UBS Financial Services.

Sarah Kennedy has been named a Quality Control Manager at Tuttle Services Inc. of Lima, the parent firm of Tuttle Construction Inc. and Touchstone CPM Inc. In addition, Julie Hogan has been named executive assistant at Tuttle Services, reporting to Clyde Rauch, Tuttle chief executive and chairman.

Rudolph/​Libbe Construction of Walbridge, was the 132nd-ranked firm on Engineering News-Record’s Top 400 Contractors List for 2013. Rankings are based on revenues for 2012, when Rudolph/​Libbe had income over $450 million. In addition, Mike Mutscheller has been named director of project management at the general contracting firm.

Greensleeves LLC, a Findlay-based company involved in sustainable building technologies, has won a first place award from the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers organization for a project involving the Davis Street building on the University of Findlay campus.

Nolan Baker, co-founder of the Retirement Guys Network of Toledo, has received an honorable mention award from, a Web site for life & health insurance advisers, for his efforts providing financial education via social media, radio, and newspapers. Mr. Baker has a financial advice radio program that has aired in Toledo for nine years on Saturdays on WSPD-AM.
